Fear eats away at our energy levels, worry affects the body.
Many people live in a constant space of anxiety. This undercurrent of anxiety is felt almost constantly and we even use bad habits to num these feelings.
I know the strange feeling all too well.
Something that helps me is to remember its ok to not have everything figured out yet, but we shouldn’t let that stop us from moving forward.
We can feel the fear and let it go. We can move forward regardless, that’s what courage is. We can move towards what we sense we are called to.
If we make mistakes along the way, which we will, it’s really not the end of the world. We can take the lessons learned and implement them moving forward.
We can always adapt and adjust our strategy and approach as we go. We don’t need to fear failure or rejection. We make the best choices with the resource we have.
Eventually as we progress, this fear will have less of an effect on us. We will see that it’s a survival instinct that can become hyper sensitive. We will be ok.
So my question to you is, will you allow fear to hold you back from the things you want to do in your life and the person you want to become?
