Passion is the key.

Motivation fades, it comes and goes. Love of the work can eventually turn into hate, as pressures build and stress accumulates. Passion on the other hand, it lasts.

Passion for what we do is the fuel that can keep us going through the more difficult seasons, passion gets us by when we’re exhausted and motivation is low.

Passion is what makes us feel excited when we wake up, passion drives us to put in long hours, early mornings and late nights. We care, we’re making a real difference.

Passion helps us to not give up after failed attempts, knowing that every time we may fail, leads us closer to success, if we learn the lessons it’s trying to teach us.

Motivation is important, but it’s not always there long enough for a significant change to be made. We feel motivated until the path gets difficult and challenging.

If we’re passionate about what we’re working on, it helps us to summon the resolve and grit to keep moving forward, even when the ground feels shaky under our feet.

The best people in their perspective field’s are almost always highly passionate about what they do, ambition and skill alone are rarely enough to propel them.

The people who are the best performers often have a secret, they care. Deeply care, not just the surface level “yea it’s important to me”, but they really sacrifice for it.

I believe we all have things we’re passionate about, so let’s find our way to contribute, to make the world a little better off than it was before we came.

We all have inherent abilities, skills and talents, we all have dreams and visions for our lives, thats no accident, they’re signposts towards what we’re passionate about.
