Its not over…

When that weight upon your shoulder feels like carrying a boulder.

It’s not over. When fear is sitting on your chest like a weighted vest.

We can’t let the negativity win, first search within and we can begin.

We let go of all the false beliefs and soon there will be a great relief.

Find the worry but look underneath, soon you’ll see its hidden grief.

Disappointment in disguise, but one day we will realize all the lies.

When we open up our eyes and point them up, towards the skies.

We’ll see that everything’s ok and all the pain will wash away.

We don’t need to control it all, we’ll get back up when we fall.

We’re stronger than we ever thought, don’t believe you’re not.

The pain is real, but so is the light, don’t give in, put up a fight.
