Writing down our goals will help us be more productive, here’s why…
When we write down our goals (even small ones), we make them real.
The goals go from thoughts in the mind, to a written agreement.
Each goal we check of our list gives us a psychological reward.
We are progressing, getting things done, and we can feel it.
Not only should we write daily goals but even weekly, monthly, yearly, even 5 and 10 year goals.
These give us a foundation plan to build. These are blueprints, for our small daily tasks. Not only that but they help us to build for our large future goals.
When we do what we need to do each day, and track our progression we’re building skills for our future growth.
A simple habit like writing down our goals on a piece of paper can truly help us to be more organized. We’ll have a simple map to know what we need to do and what’s important to prioritize.
