1: Gratitude is a key to enjoying life more.

4: Ignore drama and gossip, it’s unhealthy for all who are involved.
5: You can make more money, not time. Do meaningful work.
6: Giving feels as good as receiving, help those in need without telling others.
7: Life is short, keep that in mind. Don’t wander and drift aimlessly. Have an aim.
8: Your not just here to consume. You're here to create.
9: Don’t focus too much on the opinions of others, good or bad. Be you.
10: Anxiety is caused by not doing the things you need to do. Putting things off.
11: Depression is a lack of meaning and social connection. We need a mission.
12: Take good care of your mind body and soul. Treat yourself with respect.
13: Connect with others, don’t be afraid of awkward conversations. Who cares?
14: The pain of discipline or the pain of disappointment. Pick one.
15: Transmute lustful energy into productive energy. Harness your strength.
16: Seek wisdom, Purpose, clarity and peace. Avoid distractions and temptations.
17: Practice fasting to cleanse the body. Eat to live don’t live to eat.
18: Workout 6 days a week. It’s good for you mentally, physically and spiritually.
19: Read daily, learn daily, educate yourself the more you learn the more you earn.
20: Always value and appreciate your wife. She’ll help you grow.
21: Iron sharpens iron. Spend time with people who are upwards aiming.
22: The only thing to fear is fear. Don’t let in control you. Be courageous.
23: Life should be an adventure, when it doesn’t feel like it, change something.
24: Im excited to be a father, be the best father you can. Always.
25: Don’t take everything so seriously. have fun and enjoy the ride. Do your best.
