What we believe impacts what we achieve.

The mind is like a garden, we must tend it, and be careful what we plant. If we don’t nourish the good seeds, and pull the weeds, I can become a real mess.

When we do inner work we’re simultaneously doing outer work, because it all starts within. Every action good or bad begins with a thought.

When we wake up with an attitude of gratitude we’re more likely to be energized and excited about life.

An attitude of fear and lack drains energy and clarity, it repels prosperity.

If we pay more attention to our inner state, we can grow faster than if we choose to neglect it and focus our energy externally instead.

When our mental space is clean and clear our external reality will begin to reflect that back to us.

It’s not an easy process, it often involves letting go of old of old beliefs, patterns and behaviours, which can be uncomfortable and even painful.

The reason change can feel uncomfortable is it’s unfamiliar, but the thing is, the unfamiliar is where we can create something new in our lives.
