Lifemaxxing

Many people have heard of Looksmaxxing, a trend on the internet where people bash their face with a hammer for “bone smashing” to develop a chiseled face.

They obsess over facial structure, and body shape. Members in this trend get facial surgery like a nose job for example. Many youths are following in their footsteps.

I propose some new concepts, Peacemaxxing, learning to accept the way you were naturally created, it’s good to improve, but with self acceptance not a hammer.

We can exercise eat healthy, run, dress well, groom well, these are all good things. I do it myself, i’m not saying be sloppy. But accept yourself, there’s only one of you.

Let’s start Lifemaxxing, living life to the fullest. This isn’t Longevitymaxxing (that’s a whole other topic), rather living the best we can each and every single day.

Making the most out of life, not our appearance. These bodies we inhabit are our temples, they are unique blessings to each of us, but we are more than our bodies.

The modern life teaches materialism to the extremes. Good looking people feel the need to get their face altered with knives under surgery or hammers. Scary times.

This world teaches people to obsess with what they see in the mirror and fix it. What about fixing what we can see in the world, what about helping others.

Solving problems, providing services, sharing knowledge, wisdom, peace. This is Lifemaxxing. Not focusing solely on one’s appearance, realizing theres more to life.

So are you interested in Lifemaxxing? Were here now, lets do as much good as we can while were here. People who focus only on themselves are miserable.

They end up obsessing over themselves and doing weird sad things. Meanwhile those who focus on improving other’s lives have their own lives improved as well.
