It’s ok to not have everything planned out. It’s normal to not have all the answers.

It’s ok to not know who you are anymore, as you shift from your old self to a newer version. It’s fine if people don’t understand your vision.

It’s ok if they try to warn you that it’s too risky. Or that you’ll never make it. Those are their own limited beliefs, you don't need to carry them.

It’s ok if to go through a season of wandering, just keep moving. It’s normal to feel afraid, just don’t stay frozen.

We can just breathe, we can just trust. We can let go of the illusion of control. We can just be present, in the moment, here and now.

Not worried about the shame of the past, or worries of the future. Because right here, right now, this is the time we have, this is life.

So when you don’t feel present, when you’re pulled constantly around by desires, fears, worries, obligations, responsibilities, distractions etc. Just come back here.

To the present moment, where every change begins. You don’t have to feel so on edge all the time. With conscious awareness everything can change fast.

Next time you catch yourself spiralling, just pause, slow your breath. You can dissolve this unease of the mind, by simply noticing its antics.

When we realize how frantic and loud the mind is, we remember that we can change it. We simply observe, and detach from reacting to the thoughts.

We are aware of the thoughts spinning, but we don’t cling to them, resist them, or analyze them. We just breathe deeply, we are not the thoughts just the observer.

The more we can be present, the more we can be calm, grounded and peaceful, we grow in awareness. From that new state we build the lives we want to experience.

When the mind is going in high speed laps, it can be hard to focus on anything, especially on changing our lives. It’s easier to distract and numb out.

But when we can clear out some mental junk, we begin to have space. Space to be, space to develop, space to change, space to grow. Space for something new.

Once we’re in that state, things can happen fast, and in unexpected ways, because we made room for new experiences and blessings in our lives.
