Daily Universal Lesson:

Stress is actually Good… in moderation.

That statement is true for muscles and the mind. When we freeze up out of fear, that can lead to stagnation, and temptation. Our muscles must tear to build, we must work each day to maintain our physique. Our mind must also be used to solve problems.

Life has its own form of rent. We can think of it as mental exercise, in order to build our knowledge, our awareness and our businesses. We put in the reps each day. It’s not easy.

Because it’s not meant to be easy. Stress can be detrimental when overdone long term. But we need a little bit. We need sugar and salt to live, but we see the results to physical health when it’s overdone.
