Wasted energy.

Each day we wake up with a limited amount of energy, some have more than others.

We all share the same hours in a day. So why do some people get so much more done that others?

Focus. Concentrated directed energy towards specific important goals.

So what stops that process for most of us? Wasted energy, wasted time.

Energy spent in unproductive ways, and time spent on things that don’t move us towards our goals.

So how do we save our energy for our important priorities?

Well its a process of learning to say no. We can carve out a set time to commit to our work and only our work. No distractions for that period.

We can also make time slots for some distractions if we feel we need to. But the key is they’re limited and planned.

When we go about our days without a structure in place we leak energy on unimportant tasks. Busyness overtakes productivity.

These distractions come in all shapes and sizes but they all result in time and energy spent on inefficient activities.

When we limit wasted energy we conserve it for use towards our dreams, goals and building a prosperous life for ourselves and families.
