Health is wealth.
What good is all the money in the world if someone is too sick to enjoy it? That goes for mental and spiritual health too.
Here’s how getting more healthy can lead to getting more wealthy.
When someone isn’t taking proper care of themselves, it shows in every way.
When we wake up with low energy, low clarity, low drive and vitality this is detrimental to the mission. Whether it’s due to poor health choices like unhealthy eating, drinking, lack of sleep or addictions. It all leads to the same place. Not feeling right.
Unfortunately when we’re not feeling right others pick up on this as well. If we want to be leaders, builders and innovators, others need to have confidence in us. Who would want to join a leaders team if that person isn’t even showing up for themselves?
When we take care of ourselves to the best of our ability it also shows. This inspires trust in the people around us, when we look and feel healthy and energetic it shows we are walking the walk not just talking the talk.
When we are taking care of ourselves we have more confidence, more drive, more life force, more creative energy. More momentum. Imagine a vehicle that’s been finely tuned compared to something that’s been neglected for years. Which one would you trust to take you where you want to go?
So when we do our best to practise self love by treating our bodies and minds with respect, not only will others see the difference and have more trust in us. But we will have more self respect, and this shows as confidence. An inner quiet assurance.
When we look after our engines, We will have more vitality to go full steam ahead.
Not only will we feel more healthy, which is a form of wealth, but we will also be putting ourselves in the position to earn more financially.
Freeing up energy, and letting go of bad habits like smoking or overeating, allow us to just show up feeling more alive. This will lead to more success in every domain.
So whats one thing you can do today to improve you health as a gift for your future self?
